Pole dancing has many different styles, at PB Dance & Fitness we try to teach a little bit of everything and encourage our Pole Girlies to develop their own style with which they are comfortable. This allows everyone to become an all-rounded pole dancer and means each lady can play to her strengths and develop her weaknesses. Pole dancing is fabulous fun, every woman should try it at least once and we can almost guarantee that once you try it... you’ll be addicted!
We have 5 different levels which all have a set variety of spins, tricks, basic dance moves and floor work. This enables everyone to work to their own level depending on what they find easy, or difficult, it is very much tailored to the individual and what they want to work on. By the end of the blocks you will have a routine to follow giving you the ultimate workout ... and should you wish to add a little attitude and cheekiness to it – all the better!
All classes are mixed levels, run in 6-week blocks and cost £60. You book your slot at your prefered day and time that is then your space for the 6 weeks. Unfortunately missed classes can not be re-imbursed - if notice is given we will try and find you a slot in a different class that week but this will depend on availability.
